I suppose. As you switch on the ignition to "run" it closes (hopefully) the switch inside the ignition relay. when closed and energized it then sends power through the 20A fuse to the power line of the coil. Thats it. If you are not getting power to the coil that is all there is to it. The crank and cam sensors pcm and icm on come in to play after power is sent to the coil. I highly highly suggest to double check the fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel. It is worth the 2 minutes it takes.

Well unfortunately, we have double and triple checked them w/ a multimeter as well, i check fuses 6, 40, 45, R2, and the one by the bottom left across from 6 and there is one other as well. We got no problems there, that is the reason myself and turbodude are wiggin out..cant figure it out, makes no sense..
can anyone explain in greater detail the PATS system, I like that idea..but dont know how to "reset" it and what not. Did multiple searches however it is never answered, btw, I never actually did a search on "PATS"...I did one on "no spark", "coil"...both of those...

PATS system just basically looks for a certain key, the keys have chips in them, that i guess send out a signal that the PCm identifies, and if it doesnt have it, it will not start,
if the little LED on the Contour thing above the HVAC is going crazy when you put the key in and try and crank it, its the key, if it blinks every so often then your key is fine

Is the Check engine light go on when you turn the car to ON?

We have just done what is in my sig. as far as the turbo goes. Going to get a dyno tuned chip b/c cant seem to get any help/support for the TwEECer.
