I suppose. As you switch on the ignition to "run" it closes (hopefully) the switch inside the ignition relay. when closed and energized it then sends power through the 20A fuse to the power line of the coil. Thats it. If you are not getting power to the coil that is all there is to it. The crank and cam sensors pcm and icm on come in to play after power is sent to the coil. I highly highly suggest to double check the fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel. It is worth the 2 minutes it takes.
