Actually I was thinking about it... If you got a small performance battery like a Hawker Odessey, you might be able to slide the battery over enough to fit the intake. Plus you would have a lighter battery. 
I can't believe how much the CTA was hurting my car!! Before when I had the A/C on, my 'tour was a complete dog. It would bog at any stoplight and had NO power. Now it is running better than ever. My car is much more peppy and the throttle response has seemed to have improved.
I'd like to go to the local dyno shop and get my car baselined before I start doing some major mods.
