But hey, you bragged about a fabricated story so why not brag about that too. And for the record, even IF the other guy wasn't trying/racing/and old fart (like some of us) or whatever, then it wasn't a race. And for you to be racing that fast on public streets you should have your car, license and anything else taken from you and you should be sitting right by your cousin/brother/dad or WHATEVER family member you're bragging about in the pen.
