I didn't but I'd tend to agree with this. It's been a while but don't the http logs show where all the page requests are coming from? So they could tell who was coming from CEG by simply clicking on the link you posted. Then you could just remove all those votes.

Im allowed to have friends or family or anyone vote.I talked to there web master and he said there were a couple of IP's that were the same, so he got rid of them all...
Those wouldnt tie into a web fourm would they?

Yeah their logs could show the referer address.
Of course some browsers allow you to turn off or fake this field so I would not completely trust it.
No the same IP address would not be tied to the forum. It could be multiple people that use the same computer or multiple people in the same household that use the same internet connection. Or it could be people trying to vote early and vote often.

Thanks guys...They sent me an e-mail again saying that a IP of 250.xx.xxx.xxx have been flooding my slogan...please dont cheat, they keep taking ALL votes away and reseting the IP's for me.DONT CHEAT!!!If anything just go back and try again,if you're not cheating and they erased your IP ill get the vote.Ive posted this on 3 fourms, I know ive gottin more then 50 some votes...If you want to cheat..do it for the guy winning,then they will erase his votes..
