I am taking the headlamps apart in a few weeks to paint the inside black. Should I paint the oval and the mesh as well??? I have never seen Elky mesh painted black.

It doesnt look like you took off the door dings guards did you?
Need to do that if you didnt, then get some window tint, tint the rear taillights. Get that thing as black as possible, it will look mean as hell.

The dig guards are gone, you are just seeing the reflection of the driveway where they once were. I drop my pre-98 trunk lid off today for paint. I plan to tint the windows, I just always come up with a different project instead.

Paint the black plastic around the side view mirrors. i think it gives these cars a more finished look.

Id paint the grill ring black, but would leave the grill itself the same.
