I must say you have a very clean engine too You know anyone up in Michigan that burns custom chips? According to Vortech that is the main thing keeping them from finishing the returnless kit for my car. They gave me a few numbers but were no use.

How long is that one quart bottle going to last? Stop every hour of driving to refill it? Every morning when you wake up? Once a week?
Give a report on that MSD box as well...
I can't get over the size of the filter that Vortech includes with the system. It looks small in the pictures, and even smaller in real life.

We are running about 40psi (with boost assist as well) through the pumps and the mist is pretty fine. I put in the middle sized jet for now. The smallest one was to little and made the pumps labor. Once I get Mark's sorted out I would considered making this a kit for other Supercharger owners.

You use a 50/50 Water & Alcohol mix to get the cooling effect, the tank uses boost directly fromt he SC... so it would melt the ice pretty quickly. As for the 1 quart tank... not completely sure yet... but I am extremely limited for space so I will just have to make due. I will give full details on the MSD after I get that in too... -Mark

Vortech Contour ... Kills bugs FAST I would suppose that they would die instantly and then make a great big mess I don't know about the Contour resivour, but the Cougar windshield washer resivour sits in the front bumper on the passenger's side. Might want to look into duplicating this on the driver's side.
