I believe that atomization is nothing more than providing sufficient line pressure and nozzle sizing (like your garden hose sprayer at the "mist" setting). Or am I missing something?

If you do get your product to work, I believe my brother has taken a look at several of these system and is interested in adding a system to his 1.8T Passat (and he's right in the Detroit area). Let me know what you would offer for the $300

pornstar, I'll take a guess at what you are talking about and say, yes, you must be confused.
What I was trying to say is that there is no way the Aquatune (uggh hurts to repeat that name) system could possibly atomise the water into the intake with the hardware they supply, purely due to the fact that they rely on manifold vacuum to draw the aerated-water mix into the intake through a simple hose. i.e. no spray to create a mist.
My system does.
As soon as we get Marks S/C Contour sorted out, I will have an idea of what is the right set of parts to use to make the system complete and functional.
For $300 you would get the Labtronics module show, pumps, shut off solenoid, water bottle and sprayer nozzles as well as instructions or for some more cash I would install it on his (your brother's)car myself.
Also to add to the fire on the Aqutune system; seeing as it uses vacuum to induce the water into the engine, on a forced induction car this would have to be before the compressor unit. And from experiences of other people experimenting with water injection, water that is sprayed/dribbled into the impeller essentially erodes and pits the impeller due to the water impact at high velocity of of the impeller at boost.
Not pretty!
