DSM = 2.0L DOHC Mitsubishi 4G63 intercooled turbo.
Now the turbo itself depends on a few things.

Boost controller alone is low 14's except the T25 cars.

I'd say you have NO chance unless the race is short and he spins.
GS-T with intake, exhaust and controller is 14 flat if not high 13's with good fuel and weather. The 2.0L Mitsu motor is a beast.
