Hello, I am melissa's husband so don't hold this against her but one way would be to have your heads decked. Make sure if you have over head cams to buy or rent the cam locks so they will stay in time as they are a b*tch to retime. You will gain a few pony's for $20-$30 a head for the mill work and ? for the head gaskets should be a cheap power booster but will take same laber and time. Any machine shop could deck them for you. If I were you why I had the heads and intake of I would port them both for a perfict match to the biggest gaskets you could find. I did this on a 86 svo mustang that was a 4 banger turbo and had a big gain in power. I rejetted the turbo added K&N injecter kit and 3 inch pipe out the rear and I had raced 350 camaros 5.0 stangs a 440 charger and smoked them all!! You should have seen the looks on there faces when I poped the hood!! It was a priceless moment. Good luck Brad.
One more thing get the best head gaskets you can or else you will get very good at changing them.
