I say debadge it completely. A guy I know had a WRX and now has a STI and has debadged them both...they look damn good that way.

isnt it much cleaner and more mysterious when all they see is your tail lights and all they can say is "WTF was that?"

Did you also alter it to the STi's drive system?
Anyway... I say an STi badge is false advertising and in poor taste.

I can agree to that.... at least the first three.... But we're not talking about some pro-street drag car, or a sprint car, or any kind of track car. Its a daily driver.
But thats all off-topic since its not an AD for anything, like a K&N sticker. Its an obvious misnomer of the car.
As for the fourth reason, I wouldnt want MY car in a magazine just because I have some company's sticker on it. I'd want it to be a full fold-out center-fold because my car is just that damn good.

What would you call it if, for example you put an SE badge on an SVT contour? Or in my friends case, wanting to put the Grand Prix Gt badge on his GTP? Is that also seen as wrong and "posing", or would it be different because he is trying to make his car a "sleeper" (Didnt know another choice on words)
