Am I getting Ripped?

Alright, well im hopfully getting a good deal on these subs. Their 3- 10" Audiobahn SQ subs (The brushed alu. cone) with a box made for me, 3- 1k watt amps, one for each sub. Subs/Box/Install $200. The three amps he thinks he can get to me for about 100 each slightly used, So im looking at a total of a little over $500, with everything installed and running. Would you guys consider that a pretty good deal, or should I pass?

Need more details on the amps. for $100, chances are they are some generic (legacy, pyle, etc) 1000 watt amps that are like 100-200 watts RMS with 1000 watts peak which is a pretty pointless rating.

I agree. Find out the RMS ratings. If you cant get them, walk away.

Doesnt sound too bad, but find out what the rms is because peak means nothing.

Also find out if the box is made/can be made out of MDF or something of higher quality, not some crappy material. Fairly important in my opinion.

Good point, there is a shop here in town that makes all their boxes out of 1/4 inch waferboard.
