are those yearly car insurance rates? I think I'm not too far above average in my state, and that's for 2 insured cars - one that gets stored for 5 months.

I wanna live in Iowa! Cheap insurance rates...and You also benefit from the state being all flat = good mileage! Right now I pay $300 big ones a month. We get a slap in the face here in Ontario

the period of measure for the above rates are what the state offers.
So for nyc it is six months. it may be 9 or 12 mounts for other states.
