And the rear deck doesnt come out I tried for days

Yeah, I did it with a custom box I built. You only have 9" of flat space to work with, so you have to build your box 1 1/2" below the deck, and then "tunnel" the opening for the sub up to the opening in the rear deck. I'll post pictures when I get my home internet hooked up this weekend, (I'm at work now)

how does the carpit part come out, keep in mind MY back seats dont fold like most do.

Unbolt the backrest of your rear seat. first take out the seat cushion there are levers infront of where each passenger would sit where the carpet meets the seat. then lift up and the cushion will come out. Then you will see the bolts for the rear seat rest... correct me if Im wrong, I have fold down seats but I believe this is how it works for the rest of them.
