Okay, this discussion has been done in the archives and several people were going to test it out on their cars. Any results from those people? In theory it should work. forced induction+enough power=more hp and torque. here is a commercial sample http://www.electricsupercharger.com/products.htmThese suckers look like great deals and can be homebuilt for cheap (<$100) Any info people? First hand experience would be appreciated.

I thought about it for the longest, until I saw someone post some numbers pulled from a scantool relating to how much air was pulled into our intake from idle to WOT. Even an overvolted fan of the same size they are using would just barely match how much stock intakes pull at 1/4 throttle, it would become more of a restriction as throttle opens up even more.

At full throttle the air stream into the intake manifold probably spins this thing up fast enough to generate current!

Okay, this poor young misguided kid needs some serious help. I went to your homepage and I have to stop you before you do really gay things with your car. 1. Do not put those subs!!! good subs cost more than $18!!! With that said you don't have to pay an arm and a leg either. Most of the people on this site will tell you h ow to do things the best possible way. They often forget that some of us are ballin on a budget. Buy car stereo stuff used if you can, preferably from someone local so you can see and hear the stuff in action. You can save a lot of money and get good equipment that way. Wheel covers are lame, search the classifieds for one of the following Stock 15 inch late model rims like the ones with the 7 spokes. You will get better handling with the larger wheels too and so many people have put aftermarket rims on their car that you can get 15" stockers for very cheap. Probably with tires too. Stock 16" late model SVT wheels. I bought a set of these with tires for 400 bucks Stock Wheel covers- It doesn't matter what kind of wheel covers you put on, anytime people see aftermarket wheel covers, they think " that is gay"

If I were you I would save you money and buy some well known mods and give yourself some proven horsepower. And just have fun! I could bet with a nice intake setup you will be just as satisfied.

Yes, he is right. I just put some 16in SVT wheels on my 96Gl and the handleing is much tighter, and the ride is much better to. I have to get an alignment soon though
