They still use the good ol' measurement of miles instead of kilometers(kilometres?)in the UK. Everything else, though, seems to be measured with the metric system.
If this was a continental European Mondeo, then it would have the kilometers as the dominant marking(in white) and the steering wheel would be on the left!
