Maybe it was one of the many 302 Explorers and they supercharged it....Its been done.... And IMO, the Cobra on the van is no diffrent than an SVT badge on a SE or GL... Originally posted by svt4b:

I saw an escort with a vtec badge the other day, wanted to kick him. But then a couple days later I saw a normal looking mini van, except where the grill might usually be was a hole and an intercooler... wtf.

my friend in myrtle beach has a 98 explorer awd v8 and a supercharger (paxton i think) it will run with my heavily modified 400hp 5.7 tuned port injected 90 iroc..well kinda!!! 
95 contour se 5 speed bone stock,95 explorer sport 5 speed "xrated" some mods
