you hit it right on the head. i have a friend that has been going to africa for the past 3 summers to educate people on the virus. she said the single biggest problem is that the people dont even know that there is a problem. she has come up with a solution that involves printing currency with aids information on the actual bill. we will see what happens with that.


If that's true, then we've finally found people more stupid than smokers who think cigarettes don't kill them. Maybe if people like Bono would go and educate the people rather than spending all their time bitching about the U.S. not giving enough money, then that would help a little.



I am not going to call the people stupid for not knowing about AIDS. Stupid would imply they KNOW about the dangers of AIDS but still keep on having sex. Anyway, I do agree with the rest of your statement.
