Maybe you should do some research before you talk? Let's get a few things straight. The sex practices on the continent of Africa are no different then here. I guess anyone having sex is an animal? Maybe you should try it sometime, it may calm your ass down.

The spread of AIDS is due to many factors....

1. Ignorace on the matter.
2. The way in which sex is viewed. That leads to more risk of coming in contact with someone the HIV virus.
3. Multiple partners.

Now tell me what is different then what goes on here?
