Know any lawyers, or friends who know lawyers? They can have it reduced to a non moving violation. You'll pay them a couple hundred & perhaps court costs, but you save a bundle in the long run.
Find someone and you'll be better off.
Most of the time it won't be waived.... But I'm no expert there. But I have had two tickets "Taken care of" by lawyer friends.
