In many places, a "Too Fast for Conditions" ticket is standard fair for any accident that occurs in adverse weather. They are generally pretty easy to fight if you appear in court -- not an easy option for you. I'd call the Courthouse and see what they say. They may be able to work something out, but I wouldn't bet on it.
