If anyone does this mod, PLEASE post a how-to. Every shop I've called has practically laughed at me when I ask about the universal model for our car.

Typical phone call:
me: Do you carry the apex-i universal AFC?
them: yes.
me: Can you install it in a '98 contour?
them: (muffled laughter) Are you serious?
