Why you you tint your headlight...much more why would you tint the inside of your headlight, it would still be exposed to UV's and cracking that normally happens...furthermore it'll make your headlights extremely dull(in terms of looks and brightness).

That said, there is a film out that you put OVER your headlight thats supposed to be UV protectant and it also lets light through so you may wanna check into that...I can't remember what its called right now..if I remember I'll edit...

If you're doing this mod for aesthetic purposes may I suggest you do the eyelid mod where you use a piece of vinyl and put it over the top of your headlight so that your car looks to have eyelids. It looks better and its easier than painting or tinting your headlights.
