I agree matt, as i've come to realize a degree really means almost nothing these days. The thing is I have the knowledge and the hands on experience just not in the field. I repair, build, customize and consult for both fun and as a side job. Just nothing IT on my resume yet
I should have taken a job offer i had right out of high school with Compaq in greenbelt!!!! I know my stuff, my resume just doesn't reflect it...
