I may be a little confused...
Just to note: I do want to bypass the stock amp.
I removed the stock HU and then dropped the glovebox to look at the amp and wiring. I did the best I could to follow the wiring from the HU opening in the dash to the amp. The 'square' plug's leads (Speakers) from the stock HU seem to go into the slot on the right hand side of the amp (square plug into the amp). The 'rectangular' plug's leads from the stock HU seem go to the left hand side of the amp (rectangular plug into the amp). My perspective to the amp in my car is the same as the above picture of the removed amp.
I would logically presume, having said the above, that the speaker leads from the New HU's harness (x8) should be fed into the rectangular plug after removing the aforementioned plug from the amp.
I hope I got it this time...BTW I found aftermarket harnesses at Fortin Auto Radio, I called them and someone who spoke VERY bad english advised me that they carry them (I do not feel confident about this). I haven't picked them up yet, I will do so later this week.

Sounds like you've got it. The wires that go to the rectangular plug that plugs into the amp go to the speakers, with the exception of some of them, which are amp power and turn on.

I apologize for not updating my progress. I had a really bad week (Last week) and I was unable to install the new HU.
This morning I awoke, and thought to myself: F**K work, I'm installing the HU. Took me about 1 hour (Yes, I'm a newbie) but everything went smooth. The new HU sounds fantastic as opposed to the stock HU (I bypassed the stock amp and crimped all connections).
Thank you for your help and patience 99MystiqueATX, it was very much appreciated.
