It's a shame you're only using 1/3rd of the IC's surface area! It makes the other 2/3 redundant. You should at least trim the shroud/duct back away at least 2-3" from the core to allow air to pass over the entire core and not just the center 1/3 of it. You're no realising the full benefit of your big-azz IC with the way you have it shrouded right now.

and unless he is planning on making over 500whp, that core is too large... Nice looking car. what ever you do make sure you have the right modifications for your KA-T. Mainly something to control timing. Have fun and don't drift yourself into a wall.

make sense. i had no idea that the hole was that small in the body kit the pictures on the net make it look so big i had to trim off 3 inches off the duck for it to fit the car.

well if it's used in a truck i can be called a truck motor but they are like 5 versions of this motor and i have the car version.
just like how the duratec is used in the ford escape i guess that makes it a truck motor but then again there are many versions of the duratec.
