I may be wrong, so correct me if I am...
Are the parts actual STI parts? While Subaru just began importing the STI here, the parts from previous years have been available. I've seen older model Impreza's with a lot of STI parts on it. Is it actually portraying itself as an STI or just letting others know it has STI parts? Adding STI fog light covers isn't necessarily claiming a car to be an STI.
Something like that.

If you fixed up a Civic EX to be a 15 second car instead of a 17 second car, would you put the Si badge on it?
I hope not. Don't get the STi badge. No matter how much you wish otherwise, you don't own a STi.

did u guys know that my contour is actually a mustang, yahaa look it says gt on the back. dude dont do it, wtf is the point of spending your money on stupid badges and parts to make a car look like something it isnt. If i were you i would stop spending my money on stupid sti body parts and make that car faster.
