OP Ray G_dup1 CEG\'er R Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 59 Newport, RI	Hey guys it's been a while. You may remember me as the traitor who sold his modified 99 CSVT for a SRT-4. Well if this helps any of you forgive me I sold the SRT. I now have a Corvette Z06 to tool around in. Anyway to the point of my post- the Newport Car show! This is always an awesome show! There will be classes for all types of cars with trophies awarded. There is a category for sport compact cars as well. I'll have my vette there and they usually get a few hundred cars! Its being held at Fort Adams state park in Newport which is a beautiful location right on the water. As an added bonus the Queen mary II will be docked in the bay so we will have the world's largest cruise ship in the background! Here are the particulars: Sept 18th (saturday) Fort Adams State park, Newport, RI Field open to show 9 AM Judging begins 12 Noon Awards presentation 2:00 Best of Show Presentation 2:30 Let me know if you guys have any questions as I am in Newport everyday and will be happy to help!
