First time this happened 2 years ago ford fixed it.
Drove it slow like a granny, and it happened again
I can only drive the car straight, and if i give it gas while turning, it pops like the differential gears/spider gears are breaking all over again.
Any advice on pulling the engine or workin on the tranny or what broke?
I put tons of svt money into this car, and now the tranny is broke once more
AHHH!

You can do a search using the word "quaife" and should come up with some really good threads. Oh yeah! Do a search for All Posts, That way you will get even more results.

As for pulling the tranny and engine, we have found that pulling them from the top is way easier than dropping the subframe and droping the tranny from below.

Anything other than that, I guess, is up for debate.

An upgrade for the diff is highly recommended. Especially if you have to crack that case open again. Both Quaife and Torsen make great units.

Anyone know why the car drives fine when going straight, yet pops when you turn left or right...
It only does it when you leave the car in gear with the clutch out...when i press it in, and turn there is no pop.

Very odd...cv joints maybe?
yet what would change once you turn?

thanks

It sounds like your inner CV joints may be bad or the lower control arm bushings
may be worn to the point that when you turn, the lower arm pushes the knuckle
out just far enough to pull the axle out of the differential.

I would check all of them...

How amny miles do you have ?
