Well, I guess you can say if they work, we might have a LOT of people testing the axles. This could be more of a disaster than a blessing...

Unlikey, I forsee more of the already common problems such as blowing differentials. However, as it stands already it takes a pretty decent amount of whp/wtq to cause these problems.
I find it very unlikely that the users of this type of product experience problems with their CV-Shafts.

The people that have grenaded their differential have not been far from stock, so if that's considered a decent amount of tq.... I merely made a statement regarding the possibility of axles, since they really haven't been tested much and an lsd and clutch are not far from common. The axles seem to be unknown territory for most as they haven't been a problem due to limited traction. Once you get traction, the stress goes to what's next in line....

The addition of traction bars will not necessarily give you more traction per say. Some traction will be gained by keeping both tires on the ground but tire quality will make or break your traction. More importantly it will minimize and maybe even totally eliminate the violent wheel-hop we experience under hard launches. Wheel-hop will wreck your differential, axles and transmission eventually Traction bars will extend the life of your drive train and produce SMOOOOOTH burnouts Traction is more so determined by the stickiness of the tires and with the use of real sticky tires you WILL break your stock drive train eventually traction bars or not. I will take a real smooth burnout over a crazy bouncy wheel hop launch any day!
Build them and I will be in for sure!!!

my question is. I though wheel hop was caused more by the motor and tranny rocking. Has anyone actualy had these traction bars on a tour? Granted a front drive probe will prob. react similiar. But what im thinking is maybe something like a solid "stab-o-shock" would be cheaper and more benificial. I think performance fords made something like that. But i never heard anything about it.
