Like many other people here, the only real issue I have ever had with my tour is the 3rd gear synchros. I know how to drive it fine without gears grinding but now that I am going to be selling the car I know it is going to scare people even though I have been dealing with the issue since a year after I first got the car. How much would it cost to fix them or how much would you take off the sell price of the car because of that issue? Car is in great shape with svt wheels new suspension recent tuneup and 80k miles. 99 v6

Have terry haines rebuild your tranny with a Quiafe and updated shifter forkes and other little shiz for around $1300 or so if you have the tranny pulled and send it to him.

Or search for a rebuilt tranny for sale.

Most your cost is probably going to be labor if you pay someone to do it.
