big trunk in the 95 contour and have the two twelves in a sealed box with the audiobahn amp connected right to the back of the box. what i am looking for is something to clean up the look of the whole system. the wiring does not look nice and the amp just does not look right where it is. anyone have a suggestion as to what i could do with everything to give a nice clean look to my in truck audio equipment.
would love to see pics of what u did too...

The only place you can see any of my wires is under the hood where the power connects to the battery. Heres a pic of where I mounted my amp. I love it. Its out of the way. Just have to be carefull when the trunk lid is wet it might leak onto the amp. Thats only if there is a lots of water. Enjoy, Good luck,

Ericcccccc, build me a box pleaeeaease, make it face into the car, flush with where the seat back would usually be. PLEAASEE, I'll give you a cookie, and a bunch of various parts off my car that you have no use for.

I toldja I would. You got two 12"s, right? I'll see what I can wrangle this summer before skool starts back in the fall. I'll build your system; but you gotta hook me up with some suspension junk, aight?

heres mine, very basic... but that trunk floor sure was fun to make... and it works like a champ, while weighing next to nothing (5 lbs tops...)

On the MTX cars (you), there's a grommet really high on the firewall; under the wiper cowl. Or just drill a hole in the fire wall beside the clutch cable grommet. We automatic guys have that same grommet; but it's empty because of no clutch cable. So ATX guys; just use that.
As far as your amp being larger than, say, mine, the wall I built is mostly empty space. Meaning I could cut the amp hole a lot bigger and fit a larger amp in its place. I've also got a CD changer in there, too. How many and what size speakers do you have?
