Well after totalling my 98 CSVT a month ago and dealing with the insurance and all that they ended up giving us 9500.00.They wanted to give us 6300.00, but my dad is a lawyer and made sure that we got what we wanted and it worked. I was also able to get my Bassani, and stereo, and wheels off the car. I am hoping to find out where it was taken so I can get my 2 day old Koni/eibachs off that werent damaged, just never had enough time to take them off. I believe the car is in colunbus. I just got my new car last week. 99 black Honda Prelude 5 spd. I LOVE IT!! It is faster than the SVT, and is an overall nicer car. It has 80000 miles, but runs perfectly. Its amazing how much nicer the basic features of the car are than the CSVT. The stock stereo was awesome, (just put in my stereo from the CSVT), the transmission is great, short, sporty, and the gates are very close. The list goes on..... I have many plans for the car as aftermarket is everywhere and the car can be made VERY fast. Porbably all Skunk 2 Racing parts(cams, valve springs, intake manifold,exhaust....). I will never forget the CSVT, it was a great, fun to drive car. I just like the prelude more. I will still be up on the boards. I will post pics soon. Later Griff

Good to hear you like the Prelude, but in defense of the Contour, the Prelude is meant to be a sporty, quick, quality car, whilst the base Contour remains to be a 4 door Ford Grocery Getter, hence limiting what power and handling could be squeezed out of it. Preludes are damn nice, and have lots of potential. Any plans for it?
