You have to expect the bashing when you post anything different on here. But I do have to say one thing. Not everyone on here is trying to make their car be like a svt. I and many others aren't. My car also isn't accepted by everyone on here, but it's cool cuz I could care less. To me, a big aluminum wing that totally doesn't go with the car is just going with the rest of the crowd of ricers. So enough with the everyone trying to be like svts. I dont believe in making a car something its not. I call it "sticker racing". Like all those people with WRX's putting all that STI sh** all over there cars. I think everyone should be (or at least try to be) as origional as possible and stop tryin to make people think their car i something its not with stickers, badges, and body kits. I could go buy a SE Sport, slap on a SVT badge, body kit and exaust, and everyone would think its an SVT untill I pull up next to one at a light.

i agree about the fake svt thing but i dont think im makin may car sumthing diff by puttin a kit onit its notta svt kit its sumthing diff only tours have.. jus fora sportier look might as well do it since i need to replace the bumbers anyways all banged up...

9 PAGES!!! That should tell people something on how passionate we really are about our cars. So, the overall thing I get from this was that the wing was a bad choice. Well, its staying on the car and I hope that whenever ya'll drive through Deltona/Orange City/Deland/DeBary/Enterprise area ya'll better show the love.  A simple honk will do. I don't this the issue is wings in general, but that specific wing. Just yesterday, I saw a black SVT goin' down the road with a wing similar to those on the new Neon SRT4. It looked good, 'cause it didn't disrupt the lines of the car.
There is an aesthitic to any object, especially a car. The idea is to enhance by adding to, or continuing the aestethic line, not disrupting. Think of a Mack truck grill on a Ferrari....wouldn't work
