Wel pulled all four tires off today, fire engine reded my front calips and my rear rotors. In next Friday for Tint.
Been putting off my pluggs and wires job and general cleaning maintenance MAF IRC etc.. Threw a bottle of Injector cleaner in my last tank of gas and it added 85km to my usual mileage. Sweet hope it continues. Well off to the Beer Store. heh heh.

You don't paint the rotors. Those are the discs on which the calipers sit. You paint the calipers. If that's waht you mean, then there are pics all over. IF you still mean the rotors, please realize how unsafe it is to paint the rotors, and even if your brakes do still work, the paint will quickly wear off due to the heat and use of the rotor surface.

I painted the hubs of my rotors. I did it when they were new, that way I did not have to worry so much about the rust. I painted them black, of course.

Sounds to me like he meant he's got drum brakes in the back, and painted the drums. There would be no problem in doing that.

I used the VHT spray paint from Auto Zone. Halfway masked the rotors. After they were installed, did a few heavy braking slow downs, smoked like crazy, but it only burnt paint off the rotors and left the hubs OK. I used the brush on kit from Foliatec on the calibers. Only problem with that was you had to do all 4 at one time. The paint starts to thicken up after a couple hours.

YA I jacked my whole car up and went around and around. It was a nice hot day though so the paint dried well in between coats. I used a brush for my fronts and just taped off the rear and bombed it. Looks ok, haven't had time to get the camera out. Got new tires too so that makes it look even sweeter
