It's been almost six weeks since I ordered, online, poly motor mount inserts from Draxas. I received confirmation immediatley and my Credit card was debited three days later. Since then... nothing. I waited a month before I e-mailed Nikolas. That was two weeks ago. I've sent two more e-mails since then and still, no response. I'm beginning to feel like I'm getting jerked for eighteen lousy bucks. However... Ive ordered from him once before and I had my order in about ten days. Also, I've read a lot of positive feed back about this guy, so this is not quite adding up. Anyone...?

That's a post I made in "Common Interests" nine days ago. Not much interest in it there. So what... today it's the same story except that now it's been 7 weeks, another unanswered e-mail and an phone call not returned. Forum rules prevent me from expressing exactly how pissed I am. Considering Nikolas's posts in the Cali forums 10 days ago and his posts in Neco, I sure he's around. As far as I'm concerned, giving the complete lack of customer service I've received from this/these guys, Draxas is bad business. BUYER BEWARE!

Well, whatta ya know... Draxas finally got back to me. It took four e-mails and a phone call over a period of three weeks. But they finally contacted me. The last e-mail I sent was pretty heated and intended to get their attention... it did. They say they did'nt get the first three e-mails....ya, whatever. Anyways, my order has apparantly been in the possession of the U.S.P.S. for the last month and a half. Nice...
