I feel like my car has more power up top than down low and I don't have any 1/4mile tracks around here. Do u guys think it would do me any justice to go to an 1/8 mile track?

Sure go head, just don't expect insanely good times. To get the 1/4 times from the 1/8, just take 1/2 of the 1/8, add it, and that gives the 1/4. (very roughly)

Add a bit more. I know I can't run a 16.5 1/4 mile time. There is actually some number to multiply by that gets it a lot closer.

I used to have more power down low then up high as the car would fall flat on its face. Did some mods to the TB this weekend and fixed that right up. As for my Zetec. The only night I've taken it to the track the slips were not being printed to see1/8th times and such. This car too though feels more powerfull down low.


Green 96 mystique gs 4cyl mtx 16.9 in the 1/4 mile @102500 miles 95SE in Midnight Red MTX MSDS headers and y-pipe SVT exhaust SVT UIM Optimized se TB. Full pre 98 SVT body kit 15.741 @ 87.73mph :)
