MTX-75 on a 2000 SVT. I have seached and checked my Haynes(sp) book and for the life of me I am unable to find the darn nipple to bleed the clutch.

Per suggestions I have read I have the intake tube and air cleaner out.. I just don't see the darn thing. What does it look like? a nipple? and what is it mounted on? and what kind of tube is it connected to?

Also where is the transmission fluid dip stick?

Where the heck am I.. I just feel so lost..

Thanks

1# Find the slave cylinder on top of the tranny (its right bellow the air intake near the front of the tranny...theres a nipple on that used to bleed the clutch.
its sorrunded by a black rubber (slightly square) seal and theres a hose attached to it just above it.

and there is no tranny dip stick on a manual because there consisdered sealed systems and fulid need not be changed.

No problem....also if you want to change your fluid, the drain plug is directly on the back of the tranny...Its hard to say where with out showing pics...but it uses a HEX key to remove the bolt.

And the fill plug is in front of the trany (stright down, below the slave cylinder.

Again pics would be needed to descibe it completly.
