so my poor tour cracked a piston - and thankfully i have a good amt. of money stashed away - but i figured why not spring for a good old 3L install while im at it - i'd luv to just call a 3l instal party, but i dont know any of u, i dont have the know how, and definately not the resources - ANYWAYS i'm lookin for a good shop really anywhere in mich that would be able to do this work for me (everywhere i've checked so far wants nothin to do with it) - so plz lemmie know if u all have any idea of any damn good shops that do this kind of engine work

near detroit - really anywhere around would be fine - couple hours no biggie

How long can it be down? There are (including myslef) several guys on the board that know a thing or two about an engine swap.

it really doesnt mater how long she sits the bench - i've got another car i can use for however long i want - oh and i fianlly did find one place that would do it but they quoted me waaaaaay to high
