It doesnt look like much I know. Im converting to a square plenum for the sake of my sanity in the next week. Its completely bolt up uses all vacuum lines and the IAC. Id need a contour zetec intake manifold though. I have a escourt manifold and a focus manifold, but you contour guys are a little diffrent from either i think. It looks like its going to be worth about 15 whp in the top with torque losses below 3000 rpms.

How many are you looking to sell? The zetec CEGers aren't big on GBs. Though if you don't have a minimum, then that's good. I could see you selling six at the most, maybe more/less depending on cost. I can't buy one unless it's like $50 or something which I'm sure it won't be.

huh? I wasnt understanding about the 50 dollar part. im open ended. All the flanges are hand shimmed in for perfect match to the intake ports. The runner crossectional areas i have are 1.5 1.6 1.62 1.63 and 1.75 lengths are specified upto 7.5 inches (thats the longest that will fit). The plenum on the circular is 98 cubic inches the square plenum will be 126 cubic inches. I will look at putting full roll backs on the trumpets they are worth a couple percent but ill eval that on a dyno.

All the welds are tig and the pieces gaurunteed not to be breakable under normal operating. The flange is a full quarter inch and all metal is 6061 t-6 heat treated alumnium.This is the good stuff no junk here. This is not a show piece its a race piece. I do offer full finishing with leveling of welds and polishing for 200 extra. The base piece is 450. I cut it to your cam and head flow all you have to do is give me the specs I take it from there.

I just meant I can't afford it unless it was real cheap, like $50. I can't afford $450.

Thats about the min i can go. It takes quite a while to do all the machine work. I think its a good price the alternatives are alot more espensive and require modification to bolt on. I could do like a group buy for 375 mayby if i sold 6?

I'm all for new products and people taking initative, but two questions;
1) Are you going to put velocity stacks on the the top of each runner in the main plenum? If not, top end will suffer.
2) Plan on dyno tuning runner length?

As for price;
For less than $200 a ported manifold can be purchase that gives 10wHP.

I realize it's a good deal (if tested on a dyno,etc.) but I just don't have the money and most of the other zetecers don't have much cash either. There should be a few willing to buy it though.
