If I order a sway bar for my csvt will I have to buy an aftermarket adapter to go on the bolt on the towers? After looking at the strut towers, it doesnt look as if a sway bar will attach directly to those bolts, or am I wrong???

You are confused.
Strut tower bars go on/against the struts/strut towers.
Sway bars replace the stock sway bar under the car.

Dont get the one that attaches to the strut bolt. Get the OMP strut bar.

take it easy, I'm new to all this, i'm relying on you guys to take me under your wings a nd teach me the ropes, now I Know the difference between sway bars and tower strut bars... Sorry...
