I know alot of people have already posted about putting SVT exhaust on their non-SVT's, but I don't care

I really like how it looks/sounds

well my father and I finally go the exhaust on the car today

big thanks to Cobra for selling me his stock exhaust

sound is great, don't hear it much once the intake starts screaming but the tone is great

i thought the studs on the cat flange would break but with some careful work we got the old nuts off and were able to save the studs

I got a universal exhaust hanger and we mounted it on the angled panel behind the bumper, drilled in the perfect position and both tips are the exact same distance from the bumper

started with this:

ended with this:

not to hard, people have done that also, you need to add an exhaust hanger like I had to but you also need to extend the exhaust pipe off the cat since it doesn't come as far back as it does with the duratec

Nice! I can imagine it sounds as good as it looks. You did an excellent job hiding it under the bumper and everything as well

Stryker, I know a few Zetec'ers have done it, and I've seen one in person several times (SMcD had one, but his Zetec kicked the bucket and he hasn't been on the boards since).

yup that is stock and I don't plan to change them anytime soon

the sounds is good, below 3k it is all exhaust, above 3~4k it is all intake, for the first time in awhile I was short shifting every gear to hear the exhaust

Do you have the resonator installed? I'm going to install SVT exhaust soon but i'm still up in the air on whether or not i want to keep the resonator. Sounds good the ways you've got it.

the resonator is pressent and I don't think I will remove it

the car will rasp alot when cold but after the system warms up it will be quiet again
