Check to see if your secondaries are opening properly.
You may want to clean your upper and lower maifold. With berrymans cleaner.
How many miles ont he car? (Edit:Oh wait..72,000..lol) May want to check injector o-ring seals.
Mind you you would want to replace the uim/lim intake manifold gaskets if you remove them...the throttle body gasket and the egr gasket too.
i have know people to re-use them with no problems, but i would still rather be safe than sorry.
I can't think of anything else off the top of my head..maybe some others can chime in.

Egr valve is for emissions reasons....it draws the gas from the rear bank exahust manifold to the upper intake....what it exactly does i do not remember off the top of my head.

Just to F with us. Its one of those things we realy dont want or need. But if you want to drive in Ca you need one, and when it goes bad, wich is all the time, you have to pay up the azz to fix it How it works? Hell if i know.

Maybe a good time to replace the PCV valve, too.
EGR - Exhaust Gas Recirculation It recirculates ?unburnt? gases back into the intake manifold for a more complete burn of fuel. Thus, it lowers emissions.
