OP mozha New CEG\'er M Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 36	My orange air bag light on the dash near the speedo flashes a sequence of 3 times then 2 times. Seems like a specific trouble code but I am not familiar with this. Sometimes it doesn't flash at all...rather intermittently, but for the most part it's always flashing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ian

Ford Love New CEG\'er F Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 18 Oak Hills, CA	Help. I've got the same 3-2 pattern. I've torn the whole steering column apart, checked the clockspring harness for continuity (all OK), could it be the airbag?

OP mozha New CEG\'er M Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 36	I'm not sure if it's a 3-2 or a 2-3 code I have or what...I'll have to check it out more closely. My problem seemed to coincide with a short on my Hi-beams, gear shift safety lockout, signal lights and blower fan circuit...fixed that, but airbag still a problem. I will keep at it and let you know in time what I come up with. I think there might be a special module somewhere thats screwed up maybe....more later. Ian

How old is your battery? If its more than 6 years you may want to think about replacing it.
