So I'm sitting here a day or so after walking across the stage last night at Savannah State University so I could get my little piece of paper that says "You paid attention for 13 years. Good job." (I had to have a few hours to recover from partying ) and, a full day later, and it hasn't set in yet. I guess this is the end of the only world I knew. For some reason or another, I was a little disappointed at first, but of course the cheers and everything eventually got to me, and a full stereo system for my car from my parents sure helped too.

So I'm told that college life is a whole different, but much more entertaining animal... I guess I'll find out soon. Just thought I'd share.

so did you graduate from high school or college???

Congrats, but i'm confused, did you graduate college or high school? I'm thinking high school because you said 13 years and you were told college life is different, but i'm thinking college because of the topic title and the Savannah State University part. What'd you graduate from?!

Yeah, it was high school. I'm off to UGA to be a bulldog in the fall. The ceremony was at Savannah State University because there wasn't enough room in our crappy auditorium. Hopefully this clarifys things.

And yeah the diploma could use some editing...it's about the size of an index card!

I'm gonna say it's high school and his grad ceremony was at Savannah State University. A lot of high school's have their grad ceremonies at nearby colleges. Maybe he partied too much and it's still affecting his thought process.

Congrats. College is a blast. I wish I could have my time there over again.
