Alright here the whole story.
Back in March the wheel cylinders leaked, so I had them replaced along with the brake shoes/drums/hardware kit. They also for some reason turned the front rotors.
Ever since then it has pulsated during a stop. I replaced the front rotors and pads, still did it, replaced the rotors again still does it. For a short time like a day it appeared to be gone, because it didnt do after I drove after replacing the rotors the second time.
Today I dropped $80 for new drums, and the damn thing STILL pulsates.
What else could be causing a pulsation during braking.
By the way the car does not have ABS.

Used caliper slide grease every time. Also cleaned them off before putting grease on. Torqued down to 21 foot pounds.
With the lugs nuts, torqued in sequence and to 80 foot pounds.
See that is what I'm saying, I cant believe this problem still exisits. I'm thinking it is going to make its first shop trip since March next week.

when you removed the rotors did you clean up the rust marks on the area where the roto goes??? if not the rotors will be out of alignment... there was an artile, i think a link from this web site that covered just about any brake quesiton you would have.. or it might have been on the newsgroup: alt.autos.ford cant remember, but you have to make sure that you use a wire brush in a drill to clean up all the old rust, no matter how small so the rotors will be correctly installed... did you use a dial guage on the rotor to see if it was in line??? whoever did the brakes the first time might have put the wheels back on and messed up the rotors by putting too much torque on the nuts??? or they might have something loose holding down the brake parts????
