I said goodbye to my best friend Last Wednesday.

As much as I hated to say goodbye, She was killing my old
back and wrists. I couldn't go without a motorcycle, So I
had to get a new one to take her place. I searched high
and low for what would be her replacement. I thought R1,
But that would put me in the same perdicament. I thought
maybe the Roadstar warrior. But I can't be seen on a
cruiser. After all I wear all my gear all the time. I just
wouldn't fit in.

So, What I decided on was the R1 for the real world!!!

I lubbed the R6.

FZ1 is a awesome bike though. Finally you'll know what torque is.

The only downside to the FZ1 personally are the looks. Sorry Tim, not digging the style, but if you like it, then that's all that matters.

Sometimes I wish I had a little more comfy bike myself...

I know my back couldnt handle the R6 for a long time.
The FZ 1 looks nice, and for someone that doesn't want to kill their back that is a much more laid back ride.

IDK, I'd really have to ride em both for extended periods of time to choose. But financially I cannot afford a bike...

Nice, I havent been riding in about 6 years (since I joined the AF) but I just got the thumbs up form HQ (the wife) and I am golden to get a bike now. I am going for a 04 R6 or 04 600RR. Cant wait, wont be until Octoberish though, that way they will be cheaper because the 05's should be coming in
