NO and maybe Joe could provide a pic of how big our TB is. .... Just get it optimized by buckshot.

Exactly what's the diameter of our TBs? I know the external diameter is just over 2.75", and that equals just under 70mm. So does that mean our internal diameter is around 65mm? How do they measure that Focus TB at 65mm?

the actual plate is 60mm and opening at the top is 68mm. I have a picture of it somewhere I will see if I can find it.

Even if you don't have the answer, you certainly have to admire the problem.

you would need the intake manifold off of a focus for it to work.... throttle cables might need to be changed too depending on what yours looks like for used a few different ones on the Zetec

Who cares if a 65mm will fit, the TB is not a bottleneck. Until you get over 200HP the optimized TB flows enough air for a NA Zetec. The larger TB is better for FI, as it handles the pressure better. The difference of 5mm on a NA car will not be noticable. Get a ported intake manifold instead.
