What if I completely took it out of the intake stream. Still run the PCV valve, but after that join it with both valve cover lines, then into an oil seperator, than through some kind of valve/diaphram that only allows air flow 1 way. This way the extra gases all go back to the atmosphere, and never return. The oil seperator would be used just to ensure the 1 way valve doesn't get all mucked up. I can even put a breather on the hose after the vavle.

Any ill effects from doing this?

1 reason why i'm doing this is to remove 2 vaccum ports on the intake pipe, i'm getting a custom one made, and am just thinking it would look even better with no bungs and lines going into it at all... the other reason is to completely eliminate all oil and blow by gases from the intake manifolds....

Do not tap the PCV hose into the vent hoses. It will cause the PCV Valve to stick open under certain conditions.
That will cause significant oil loss and oil less will eventually lead to oil starvation problems. (especially when using the 2.5L heads)

The best option is an oil separator on the PCV line.

Eliminating the PCV is not a good idea for many reasons. All performance and reliability related.

Plus emissions...what are you gaining by doing it? What's the point, keeping the UIM/LIM clean?
