safety will be my utmost concern.. just above ease of installation. After redesigning the circuit to incorporate a failsafe design, (so that incase of mishap, the circuit will be bypassed and revert to normal operation), I will be able to have a new price list, to incorporate the new required parts...

I hope to offer these for a low price, but I will let you guys know this, now: I don't make cheaply made circuits... I won't be sparing any expense, to cut corners. I will offer a quality product that will perform to specifications for many years, trouble-free. (while still being pleasing to the eye..)

Desires
Ease of Installation
Cost
Aesthetics
Durability
Functions

Of course, I will focus on all of the above, and try to include positives of all these topics... however, I would like to know where you guys stand...
what is the most important one?

Ray

so sorry mine was cost lol. I spoke to my uncle a little more and he said if we can get 25 people that he will offer you the piece at a 5-10% discount more. that might also help the sale of these items. Also, make sure I get the first unit, after you test it. I will make a video asap and post it. And then ship it back to you and then we can use that is the protype, or even to send to the first person who deciedes to buy from you. If you send me one of them, I might help you put it together. I know I am no pro like you, but I have been rewiring all kinds of stuff for several years now, and no problems so far. Alright well, talk to you later. IM me or something. I am still looking up prices for the 10k and 220 vars. I got two new emails so I will check and see if they replied. Post tomorrow sometime.

You could maybe put in a relay and pick it with the 12V, put 12V to the hold coil through a set of N/O points and have the ground going through another set of N/O points to your circuit. You could have a N/C point connected to ground and the ground side of the bulb. That way, if there was a failure, the relay would drop and you'd have ground applied directly to the bulb....My .02

P.S. Thank you for serving our country and helping to keep us all safe. You're a great American!

Why.. thank you for thanking me..

Don't know how you knew, or remembered I was in the military but, either way, THANKS AGAIN!

As an update.. I purchased the parts, at an incredibly high cost (single parts are not cheap...) and the pieces to experiment in a failsafe... I am actually putting it together as we speak...

I will be sure to show a video of the prototype ASA I get it together..(even if the video SUCKS in quality...)

oh.. lol.. I see how that looks, now..

I won't try to back-pedal, but I will say that the point I was trying to make was this:

I recently had it in my signature, and this was the first time I had posted in a thread about my job, in any detail.. so I was trying to say that I didn't know where you would've grabbed it, signature for a brief moment (1 week, maybe) or what... but I honestly forgot about it being in this thread, so yeah.. you got me...

Try not to hold it against me, too long...

Well, thank you too then! You too are a great American. I was in the Air Force as well. I feel it's one of the main reasons I got the job I have now.
